Manderson Rovers is the young-adult section of 1st Croydon Hills, for ages 18 to 25. As the newest crew in the Mt Dandenong Region, we're an active and outdoor crew with tight connections back to the Group.
Rovers live by the motto "Service" — combining outdoor adventures with community involvement, leadership development, and social connection.

Rovers give back to Scouting and their community. Whether it's helping run camps for younger sections, volunteering at Group events, or taking on leadership roles in the Region, Rovers are the backbone of the Scout Group.
The Baden-Powell Scout Award is the peak achievement for Rover Scouts and is internationally recognised.
